Why this action?

As the grandson of war refugees, the war narratives have accompanied me since childhood. War has been raging in Eastern Europe since 24 February 2022 and has already claimed the lives of 62,295 people (Reuters, as of 10 May). However, the International Olympic Committee wants to allow Russian athletes back into global sporting events. With this poster, I want to express my conviction "Do Peace - Do Olympia."

Why no shipping?

During the last fundraising campaign (see Instagram post), 25% of the posters broke on their way to the owner (👋 hello DHL). The resulting damage drastically reduced the donation amount. In addition, there are packaging costs, shipping costs, communication and a lot of manual work with over 1,000 orders. And not to forget the negative eco-balance caused by shipping. In order to still be able to participate from anywhere in the world, the print file can be purchased with a donation of at least 10€. The poster can then be produced at a printing company of choice.

Why donate directly?

So that no invoice with VAT has to be created and issued, the donations go directly to UNICEF. Moreover, in this way no one benefits from the money - except the people who really need it.
